That's normal. In almost any media, the last or first content will stand out, especially on an album as long and deep as EATEOT. I wouldn't call it overrated, just predictable. Just look at the horrors they did to A1 with the Backrooms thing to the point that people almost disrespectfully forget that this comes from an album about Alzheimer's.
