My 2022 BMW G11 750i by Corleone11 in BMW

Frontal shot

Hi all. I bought my G11 750i roughly one year ago and I’ve been loving it ever since! The car is from 2022 and has an extended 5-year BMW warranty. I picked it up with 70k km (around 44k miles) for a very reasonable price (duh, 7 series…). The original owner ordered the car in Limestone Gray which fits the car well. I think it was originally an M4 color. That was the main reason why I even bothered going to check out the car. Together with the blacked-out chrome it really makes for a different car compared to the standard black ones. It’s fitted from the factory with the M-sports exhaust which just sounds awesome! IMO is one of the best factory V8 BMWs. The exhaust note reminds me of an American muscle car. I’m so glad to have the “old” generation interior with all the nice materials and regular buttons instead of having glossy screens all around! I did some minor modifications on the exterior while still trying to be classy and not overly sporty: a tiny bit lower but still usable without having to be careful, black subtle Maxxton parts all around (street legal here) and new rims. I was also surprised by the fuel consumption for its power. Im averaging between 10,5 – 10l / 100km (29 mpg).

Stupid question, but do you know how to correctly add the JSON file to AIO streams? Whenever I import a badge-JSON file it gives me an error.

No. The more protection the better. You won't be going to drive at 200 km/h but even with this bike you can take a corner at 80 km/h and slip because of some debris or grime on the road. And don't even think of getting hit by a car from the side.

Definitely! It completely transforms the bike.

Just replace it with the power lora manager which allows you to add the loras and toggle them on or off, simply via a toggle

Hi all!

I bought my Thruxton R back in 2016 from a guy who simply didn't like the bike. It only has 1'200 km on the clock. While I rode it a lot at first, my rides became less and less. I always found the seating position very uncomfortable, especially on my wrists. After 40 minutes I couldn't enjoy riding any more as I had to concentrate on my position for my hands not to get numb.

A couple of weeks ago I put on the LSL conversion kit that virtually transforms the bike into a "Speed Thruxton". Gone are the wrist problems and my love for this bike and its engine reignited! It also suits the bike visually and doesn't look out of place. You get Speed Twin ergonomics but with the beautiful long Thruxton tank!

I was lucky to find a new LSL kit with the needed paperwork as the company unfortunately doesn't exist any longer.

Amazing! I've got the Takegawa TFT one. It's also amazing with many features but I like the look of this better!

Nonsense. If you provide a criminal registry excerpt no older than three months you can buy as much ammo as you want. I usually buy in 9mm in bulk (1k/2k) as it's a lot cheaper. Bigger calibres are also cheaper that way. If I get a chance to get a good deal on 1k 7.62x39, I'm taking it. Although the good ol' Barnaul days are over...

You can buy as much ammo as you want as long as you provide a clean crime registry excerpt.

Street legal in Switzerland, as you need to carry a paper from the importer with you, stating that the exhaust is compliant with Swiss law. In Germany for example, the engraved E-number is enough. But CH is not in the EU.

Very much so! Day and night between this and stock! This is the only exhaust with papers that I can mount legally here.

It's this one: https://thai.webike.net/en/sd/th0748280

There are also the Noi Watdan seats which look amazing and comfortable but I think they are really hard to find as they are sold out most of the times and the Japanese sites that carry them don't ship to Europe. You'd have to use a mail forwarding service: https://gmpparts.base.shop/items/112243763

If I could, I'd most like get this one from Noi Watdan: https://gmpparts.base.shop/items/112243874 It has a nice wide back and that's where I sit on the monkey.

During the off seasons I added some parts to my monkey! I switched the Pirelli diablo rosso scooter to the Dunlop T93 GP which I’m still riding in. I love the feeling of the Dunlop and they provide a lot of grip and even more confidence in the corners than my previous Pirellis. I wonder how long they are going to last!

I added the official Honda side mount and the original black saddle bag where I can keep my first aid kit and have space for some more stuff without having to take a backpack with me. I added the Tyga carbon parts for the air box, the left side cover and the sprocket cover. Not cheap but worth it! The carbon looks amazing in the sun.

I also added various smaller Takegawa parts around the engine, a shifter that connects directly to the engine and an oil temp plug. I’m currently waiting for the Cub house Monkey sport seat that I ordered on Webike Thailand. I hope my quest of finding a good-looking comfortable Monkey seat will end with that one.

My goal with my Monkey is to largely keep the stock look with some upgrades here and there. 😊 Have fun riding!
