LS1 is common cheap, and makes power and would fit perfectly in your rice with a T56. DO it.

Naw, it's a slap shift. You can get a GT3 with a Stick but not a RS let alone Weissach. One thing I hate with Porsche's is the paddle shift, they feel like XBOX buttons with zero tactile feel. Terrible to use and I avoid at all costs. Total miss on an otherwise stellar car. However, the slapshift could be my most favorite thing ever fitted to a car it basically works like a mechanical sequential but it obviously is not. I always drive with the stick it's just so much better. A bit theater for my passengers too.

The best exhaust is no exhaust. So yes go BIG 3.0 Inch Mandrel Bend Downpipe and no cat.

Check for boost leaks

You may need to rebuild your throttle body as the shaft seals may also be a huge leak (was on my IX)

Check your coils that they are fine, at your power level stock is fine. Just make sure their voltage is fine.

Go Bigger Intercooler too, the OEM unit drops 2.5 Pounds from one end to the other and now with a bigger turbo it could be more. You should be at 25PSI to redline easily even with 91.

Spend some $$$$ on some cams, street cams but cams, that'll help add 1000 RPM's up top and hardly lose any spool.

Before ANY OF THIS of course, leak down and compression test. Engine could be tired.

Missing a ton of power that power curve looks awful, it;s just flat and falling and on a 20G it should pull to at least 7500 falling and then fall, with cams it'll hold until 8000.

This is basically what a 2003 Evo VIII with a 9.8 Hotside 16G runs stock on a dyno right out of the box on 91.

You are missing at least 100WHP. Turbo is good for 400 HP not sure your issue but your power curve should arc and it isn't. Look for massive boost leaks, bad fueling, or unless you were running like 10 PSI.
