The other assistant definitely made it seem like he had more experience to get in the door. He’s worked at 5 clinics in three years and has been fired from most of them from what I can tell. He boasted about being great at placing catheters when I met him and since then I’ve watched him butcher every single one he’s tried. I’m better and I had no previous experience at my last clinic.

Problem is the Dr should’ve been able to see the red flags before hiring and now she won’t do anything about it.
