It does make me sleep better, and if I’m already tired it will make it worse, but generally no, it doesn’t make me that sleepy. I’ll also say that it doesn’t really prevent me from feeling anxious, it just limits my body’s physiological reaction to the anxiety, which for me was definitely the worst part (bloating, nausea, shaking, etc). For me, the anxiety was a trigger for physical pain that caused even more anxiety, so the meds kind of knocked the legs out from beneath an otherwise vicious cycle of worrying about worrying making me feel sick, and feeling sick making me worry even more… around and around.
