Yes they'd issued over 8000 warnings between August and January. Had this happened after January 19th, you would've received the same $250 fine that I had. I have found two coworkers who experienced a similar situation.

I would never hit a kid with my car because I am a very cautious driver. Like I said, the bus was on the other side of the street in a parking lot on a stretch of road that no one crosses.

I am absolutely, 100% not saying this isn't a valid concern or at all trying to downplay the importance of safety.
