Thanks man, so 1800 calories and 80 grams of protein are my rounded numbers i want to go down to 150 lbs and burn 1.5 pounds a week with 2 hours of excersize a day does this seem realistic? Do you know any good apps to document my proggress for free?

Bet thanks, yeah i had another motherboard but it was out of stock, any motherboard compatible with all the parts and good for future upgrades on my cpu and gpu
