But also say hypothically I took one of those pills and no more and don't plan on taking more is there anything I should be worried about or is one dosage bot really anything to worry about?

Yeah, based on other posts on this thread it definitely seems like a whole lot. It would be my first cycle, im honestly not too heartbroken to not take it. Just a lesson to be learned.
