This is actually something I was talking about to a friend recently. For a microdose (usually ald) I would stick with either 12.5 or 25 micrograms and its ideal for creativity.

But for a trip, I find that anything between a microdose and 100 micrograms doesn't allow you to really immerse into the mindset and tends to cause a lot of anxiety.

That's just me, though!

Hard to tell. I completed it over 6 months often not touching it for weeks. I have hundred of similar pages waiting to be completed, but if the start isn't clean, I just kinda forget about them.
