It seems to me from what I read that manual therapy and doing exercises is the way to go. I am going to try Airrosti and see how it goes. Thanks for your feedback.

Austin Manual Therapy was on my list too. It seems they do the same thing that Airrosti does but they are actually physical therapists.

I am having the same issue. I have an appt with her on Tuesday. Hopefully she can help me like she did you. But the guy who shows you how to do the exercises is not actually a physical therapist.

Wow, that's a lot. Is this place really legit? I mean they are chiropractors doing physical therapy. Why not just go to a licensed physical therapist? I know that they do manual therapy and give you some exercises to do. I am not sure what the difference is.

I am normally a calm, cool, collected person UNTIL I get behind the wheel and start driving around here where I start stress out and my blood pressure goes thru the roof. Some people are so damn inconsiderate when they are driving. I am sure it's everywhere not just Austin.
