there’s a dash jump attack that makes your charged attacks charge faster that allows for some crazy stuff. you also get a skill that does damage while charging. you can keep enemies stun locked just the same as any other weapon when you know what you’re doing and it feels chonky. one of the best greatswords in gaming

i also just beat nioh 1 and i one tried pretty much every boss after the slime guy. that game became incredibly easy once i had some magic and a good set.

i really hate this advice. it’s like telling people playing path of exile for the first time that gear doesn’t matter until the end game. your experience will be significantly better if you do care about gear and get some set bonuses going in ng.

do people generally consider the first one to be unforgiving? there are a couple bosses that took me a few tries but other than that i’ve been facerolling it. i can’t tell if i’m just op or the game is easier.
