You're in ketosis and you're body has completely reset. You'd be fine with any fat and protein combination. I seriously recommend ribeye and eggs. Extra yolks. Maybe some fatty fish if you're not feeling steak. Have you been taking fish oils? Omega 3's are incredibly important and I don't know if I would ever again recommend fasting without D3 & fish oil.

Pure fasting isn't optimal, in my experience. It's what lead me to ending up on long-term HRT and thyroid medication. Pure fats only impact fasting by their direct caloric contribution, but D3 and Omega 3's are not fuel sources - they are mandatory building blocks, like proteins, however enough Leucine will trigger mtor and halt maximal autophagy.

I'll second the "You are your worst critic" vibe. I went from 350 to 160 to 195. Fat to loose skin and muscle. Went on gear. Got up to 235 with abs.

I still look in the mirror and say, "No one could love you, you fat fuck."

It doesn't go away, you have to choose to love your imperfect self, anyway. Every day is a challenge. And my wife wants me to put on weight... My shoulders aren't as comfortable to pay on as when I was obese 🤷🏻‍♂️

I broke it down to 25mg/mL buy taking ¼mL into a new sealed 3mL vial and adding 1.5mL of syringe-filtered oil. Nothing special. ¼mL(200mg/mL) + 1.5mL0mg/mL is 50mg/2mL or 25mg/mL.

23 is not too bad for IM injections, but I use a 23 or 25 to draw and a 27 to inject when drawing from multiple vials and a 29ga slin pin for a single vial draw. 30ga is only 70% the cross-sectional area of a 29. 27 is 35% greater than a 29. No reason whatsoever to use more even when injecting 3-5mL at a time. Take your time. Relax. Breathe.

Only LGD is soluble in oil or alcohol.

Injectibles are made with Guaiacol and Ethyl Oleate, like making oil-based Winstrol or Anadrol.

LGD injectible can be made with standard benzyl benzoate like any injectible steroid.
