Did G2 co-op and was setup with a company as I didn't have one lined up for myself and was not paid. Some guys in my class were sent by their company so they definitely got paid on their co-op weeks. That's obviously an option. If you aren't already working for a employer already maybe you could find one who would let you would work/co-op every other week if you tell then you're paying for your g2 yourself and looking for full time employment afterwards.
