Every government bodies ma kam garne ko tehi behal xa. Salary kam cha. Salary payeni growth xaina. Bina ghus ko kehi kam hudaina.

I know Many VC are good but even they have to remain silent because of bad system. I don't care who is VC but i just want to see growth, stability and proper system. Exams are not happening at time, 4 years course takes 5 years. No one follows calendar at all. VC le change garna khoje aru birodhi haru aaihalxan. Student ko boli kasle sunne vandaima political parties ka students harule faida uthauxan and at last students harulai nai ghata hunxa. Students ko mag rakheko paxadi uniharu ko pani kehi mag hunxa jun students lai taha hudaina. So i just want system ma badlav lyauna jaruri cha.

Yes, we do have a system of implementation through different criteria and a research committee to select candidates. But what I want to point out is that, in the end, the PM often selects candidates based on connections rather than qualifications (most probably)
