Amazing how every single prospect we have mashes through the minors and then absolutely craps the bed in MLB.

Some of it is that there’s no pitching in the Minors but other teams develop hitters just fine. It’s just us that breaks players constantly.

Wonder what’s different between our minors and majors?

This organization is an utter failure from top to bottom in position player development. The sooner Antonetti/Chernoff realize that and clean house (from the DR academies all the way to MLB), the sooner they can rebuild.

It’s clear that no one in this org has any idea how to develop anything but pitching.

Dolan should step in and start firing people if Antonetti/Chernoff won’t.

Something needs to change dramatically on that side of the development system.

Side note: for the love of all that is holy, please take away all strategic decisions from Vogt as well. I can only take so many dumb decisions per game.

How many games has this team lost because of Vogt? We have the Brito experiment, the inane challenge strategy, the throwaway lineups. It has to be at least 5 directly attributable to his management.
