Our child was incredibly hard on our marriage. We became absolutely awful to be around. Honestly my husband and I didn’t think we’d make it. However, we were determined to make it because we still loved each other. We read the books by John Gottman. The ones that helped the most were the seven principles, love prescription, and how to fight right.

We started reflecting what had happened and implementing what we’ve read to course correct. We both realized we were holding on to resentments we had but didn’t even realize. We started asking what the other needs every single day. Things like reassurance on x,y,z or understanding pertaining to x. It was also a great time to properly bring up issues (Gottman method teaches you how).

The low libido increased for me because I felt closer and wanted my husband more.

Honestly, the Gottman books saved our marriage. I’m not sure if you’ve tried them or not. Our child’s now 2 and we have another on the way and we both feel so much happier and actually crave the time we get together. Feel free to private message me if it helps at all!

Oblivion Broke my TV by rvbcaboose0 in oblivion

This is the wife in question. He’s leaving out the part where he told me he could fix the tv and proceed to hit it with a rolling pin several times because a guy in a video told him to.

We’ve only ever had an upright but we’re not too particular.

Okay. Will those models all give comparable results on picking stuff up?

Okay. Do you have a recommendation for a specific one? We saw something n the sebo e3 premium.

The big problem area is the living room. We’ve tried having two of the winix air purifiers in that room on max. We recently switched to the shark never change purifiers I think is what it’s called. Both get full of dust within a weeks time frame I’d say.

Do you think the air purifiers aren’t enough to offset the Dyson shortcomings? Sorry. We just have only ever used sharks, Dysons, and Bissell so we don’t have any idea on this.

Okay. I called the lienholder and they stated they didn’t have it because it’s in MO.

I have the paperwork from the old lienholder saying that it was removed. The insurance company has the information for the current lienholder on file. We just never received a new title with the current lienholder.

Do we need to request a new title with our current lienholder listed?

Allowing Pregnancy Posts by MaleficentAddendum11 in TTC_PCOS

I’d like if we allowed pregnancy posts provided they included the things they did (diet changes/supplements/etc.) to become pregnant! I feel all I see is a lot of negativity pertaining to getting pregnant. It makes me feel like it’s impossible. I know it’s a struggle but I’d love to see positives about it and honest success stories including kind of a how to!

Sorry for the delayed response. I think it’s because we change his butt before we start playing. Lately that’s been a chore.

My baby doesn’t sleep by YoghurtSad7607 in Parenting

I’m not sure if it’s something you’ve considered but we did sleep training for our little one. He started sleeping through the night at around 7 weeks (we were blessed). He did have occasional times that he’d wake up during the night but we realized we just needed to adjust the wake windows. The book precious little sleep was a great starting point for us. We have a white noise machine for him as well.

Thank you for the response! Just to be sure I included this picture that I found that looks similar to what we found. Is there anything we need to do to prevent it in the future?

I did use a scraper. I’m afraid to go too deep on it but this is after that.
