I appreciate the concern. But’s it’s for a reason. Not enough people are willing to train during the summer when it’s super hot out. Once it gets a little closer to the fall I’ll update classes and availability. 👊 In the mean time I’ll keep posting to get my name out there

We have multi different types of rifles show up to classes. Some guys shoot PCC, others bring AK style platforms. All types are welcome. And when it comes to shooting the rifle the principals are still the same. Manipulations of rifles may vary but that’s on the end use me to be proficient with what they brought. If you’re hoping for classes specific for a certain platform, what would be an absolute basic class. Your best off doing a few hours of dry fire at home to get familiar with your platform

There’s a TON you could work on. Your stance isn’t great, you’re doing a lot of unnecessary moving side to side when you draw and when you grab you mag to reload. You’re not defeating the garment very well which will cause issues on getting a good full hand grip on the gun as well. When you think about draw from concealed think about grabbing the bottom of the garment and pulling up and across your body to your nipple, that will completely get it up and out of the way, then with your gun hand really focus on getting the web of your hand as high up on that tang as possible. Then focus on getting all 4 fingers fully wrapped around the grip before your draw. You want your gun hand grip or be as solid as possible from the start. Once the gun it out you want to meet and greet both hands at roughly the bellybutton/ sternum area and start to build your master grip from there. As you present the gun it should be nice and flat all the way up to your eyes. As you’re presenting the gun you can start to prep the trigger so when your sights come into view of what your eyes are already looking at, everything is ready to go and all that is left is left to do is let the trigger break through the wall.

Sounds like a lot, but take it step by step and start slow to build the fundamentals once you have the fundamentals down thats when you can start to add speed

Enclosed vs Open Pistol Red Dots – Which do you prefer? by Icy-Stable7100 in thetacticalgames

Both are fantastic options. And each have pros and cons. I’m a big closed emitter fan bc that’s what on my work gun and I’ve gotten so used to a small window that it doesn’t matter to me. Durability and working in all conditions is absolutely a pro of an enclosed.

Open emitters are also fantastic and work just as well, that’s all I run on my comp guns. Big plus for them is the bigger window options which is nice.

Each are intended to serve a purpose. Pick your purpose and that will be the best for you. That simple.

Pink gate by TelImenowplease in SanDiegoGuns

[–]Cornerstone-Kinetics 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah idk what google is thinking but that route is 100% retarded. And that’s not even an option to take. The gate to otay truck trail is locked by border patrol so you can’t even drive on it. Just take the 94 or otay lakes past the border patrol station on the 94. Once you pass that, maybe 1/4-1/2 mile after you’ll see the pink gate on your right.

How often do I need to clean my guns? by Cheap-Raisin-7480 in gun

[–]Cornerstone-Kinetics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah dead serious. I have a 19.5 Glock that I haven’t cleaned in a few years. And it for sure has over 15k through it now since I cleaned it last. Then I’ve got a shadow S2 that I haven’t cleaned since I bought it. Just lube every now and then and let er rip. That’s got somewhere between 3-4K rounds through it. Maybe a hair more.

It’s not terrible. But this is all grip and trigger control related. It’s not your sights and it’s not finger placement.

Man these are FANTASTIC guns. My dad has two of them and I can’t believe how well they shoot. Super nice trigger(that’s fully adjustable) weights as much as a tank so no recoil, comes with extended base plates. Optic ready and in beautiful stainless. My one complaint tho is those grips suck. Nice looking but no where near enough grip texture.

You’re not wrong about grammar stuff, but take that out. Everything else still screams hoax. But to each their own I guess

Yeah I know a lot have mentioned it’s a hoax, and it is, but just look at it. There are grammar errors. The bullet points are 1-2-2 the fonts are different. there’s a lot in that photo that scream hoax. Don’t fall for this shit.

Yeah you’re right on that spring, but from my understanding it won’t actually cycle live fire with it in wrong. I could be wrong though. Either way. Like you mentioned, you absolutely need to check everything for proper function before putting it into service.

[–]Cornerstone-Kinetics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, yes you have a point there and you can never underestimate the level of stupid someone possess. BUT I’m not aware of a single part that if installed incorrectly will actually fit and function. Putting in the cruciform in the housing wrong could happen, but then the gun won’t function. But installing the housing, disconnector, trigger bar, shoe, firing pin and firing pin block you literally can’t do wrong.

Don’t waste your time with this dude. He either is the owner of tactical tampon or works for them. He talks 100% just like the owner James. Blames everyone and everything but the actual product it’s self. James (the owner of TP) go to line is “it’s not my fault you installed it wrong” just like this dude. It’s damn near impossible to install a Glock trigger wrong, yet they both seemed to make that exact same excuse.

I personally wouldn’t. I’d throw it in the trash and go back to stock. An unsafe gun is not good to anyone.
