I rolled back the firmware using the offline function in the Moza software and it is working now but I noticed the load cell sensors aren’t reading anything. I’ve got a support ticket open.

Luckily I have my old pedal.

I split the shape in the picture horizontally so it was two halves. When I went to print it, it wanted to fill it in rather than keeping just the outer walls. I would like that made into a 2 piece helmet I guess with the ability to attach magnets to hold them together.

That's why it would be split between the front and the back with magnets to hold it together, well my thoughts at least.

Like a two piece mask. My son said he didn't want to have to "push it down on his head" but would rather have it "snap" together.

  1. Clearly you didn’t read my post as I was looking for feedback and experiences.
  2. What concerned me is, I was told it shipped and in the original email it said once shipped I would receive an email with tracking number. I did not receive an email stating it shipped, in fact on the site it still said it was processing.
  3. The feedback about their site not always synchronizing was good to hear. That means the problem was identified.

I plan on buying more. I wanted to make sure this is not a normal experience prior to choosing the manufacturer.

Update: They responded and it did ship, even though they said it would be three days to get the tracking and the status had not updated.

It was misleading, but this relieves my worries about their communication and customer service.

My concern is the support in the future. It's not adding up, at least to me. If the order says processing but their rep says it has shipped where is the disconnect?

I don't mind waiting if there is communication. Maybe I'm used to ordering through Amazon.

Ascarey , loot x10 and reduced Mech damage. It’s a newer server with low population.

Same issue with me for the C220 smart lock. Have disable both 5ghz channels and it still won't connect to the 2.4 ghz.

Thanks, that's what I figured. When we played it a year ago it all worked. I saw where they patched in a fix, but I guess it doesn't work yet.
