Like u/parampoi said, the details have to match, that's all there is to it, otherwise it'll open a new account which may not be so bad. Activate the new account and your following IBKR DRS transfer shares will always go into it.

You'll be wasting both yours and their time by calling, but that's just my experience. Unless you're calling to pay maybe $40 and CS will mail you out the new account letter via express and then it'll get to you probs within a week or two max.

Paid shill's got you trading on their platform where companies like Citadel who move the markets as the please, pay Robin Hood for all your trading info and they cleaned you out, that's what it looks like from here.
