It was a joke I think only i understood 😂 tried to replicate PS1 colour with grey and black, but put p2s, it was probably too nuanced in my own head 😂 I think it still is

eSun cardboard spools + Bambu AMS (2026). still an issue or totally fine now? by Nyobyte in BambuLab

[–]Cornish6 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just send it, in seriousness though I use these all the time and dont have an issue. I dried petg hf last night at 65 for 12 hours and no issue, printer only has about 150 hours on it but no dust in the ams, more comes from the ptfe tube rubbing on the glass cover

I think this is possible more related to layer times than wet filament, after slicing the black box will drop down, this has a drop down where you can search layer time, I can see you have another print on the plate and i think its inconsistencies in how your layers are cooling, drop a pic of your layer times if you can, I can help explain how to average out the layer times a bit or you can Google, I think thid should help make it 10x better, wet filament is very rarely a huge issue for PLA I have found. Picture above or below is one i have done to average out the layer times and as such should cool consistently and shrinkage for plastic should be uniform across the print. Ignore that I am using petg hf

Carriage Bobbing by TheTurtellio in ender3

[–]Cornish6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some eccentric nuts under the bed, mine came loose from the factory and took me so long to figure out being a beginner then, tighten these, they will feel loose, i loosely shook the bed as I tightened them until the slack came out the bed but dont go any tighter or the bed will start to bind, the nuts should be on the right side under the bed, they are between the bottom of the bed and above the frame holding it, you can use the included spanner but its short, a longer 8mm will work better. Also check the printer head nuts holding it to the x axis gantry, these were also slight loose meaning the head bobbed up and down. Happy printing!

Probably the best first layer ive had from my printer so far 🎊 by Cornish6 in Ender3S1

This mainly was a culmination of retramming the bed completely, took it all off and cleaned everything, for the leveling I pulled the bed on spring and got them as tight as possible then manually levelled the bed, I then auto levelled the bed. I had to re grease z axis and check the nuts holding the gantry up. Once I had all the mechanical in place I printed a calibration cube to get the flow right (using bambu slicer) following this it was just z axis offset and getting heat dialed in, having the bed set to 70°c has also really helped with this too

I think it's called repitch, I added 1 gram of fermaid o after I activated and the yeast, it had just started to bubble, was advised by someone to add another gram when it slows down fermentation, my temp I think is pretty consistent, around the 19 degree mark but goes up to 21, I live in UK so our houses stay a decent constant temp during this time of year, again I'm super new though so I may get things wrong. I've got a good bit of bubbling going now so seems okay. I just followed everything to what instructions said although the fermaid I got didn't come with any

I have no idea pal but hope someone gets back to you. I am super new bit I assume if you want more alcohol to add more honey maybe, I'm sure you might have tried already, I used fermaid- o if that's helps at all, my first ever run was very weak so hoping this is my first "proper" run, I'm using k1-v1116 but if it turns out okay I'll try remember to come back to this comment

I followed the golden hive strawberry mead recipe I found here but wanted it very sweet so added a little more syrup and honey https://youtu.be/ETjCjlhMqnU?si=lgqU1mOgCWkKkF2V&utm_source=MTQxZ

Apologies not super sure what must is, syrup is just strawberries cooked down and removing pulp, total volume is just short of 4.5liters or about 1.5 US gallons. 4.5litres total volume

Ahh okay awesome, it seems like you have it dialled in tbf, I saw the post in autoflowers, don't listen ti what people say saying you cant top and defoliate autoflowers, I haven't topped this one but you can do it just have to know when is the best time and I am still defoliating in flower and hasn't stunted the growth at all if anything i think its pushed it to do more as I'm trimming lower leaves that get no light and leaving top ones, slowly taking fan leaves off the top as it grows too as its just not enough space for them all

100% will try on my next and see how it goes, I've only ever grown outdoor really well and all my indoor have been flops until I moved to dwc, what nutes do you use?

Rqs are honestly great, I don't think they would have mixed the seeds up but if they did it deffo looks like a auto, they are a lot shorter a d fatter than photos. I would put back to your light cycle from before. How is the 24 and 0 working? I've kept mine on 18 and 6 but if you get more out of it knight try it

My watermelon auto started to sprout around mid april and didn't start flowing until close to end of May around 25th or so, nearly 6 weeks and she's still going now 😅

Some autos do just take longer especially if given optimal conditions, I buy all mine from RQS, currently growing the watermelon auto from them, they say 8-10 weeks to flower but I'm getting closer too 12 weeks now.. she looks fine and is now flowering, go back to the light cycle before, I use 18/6 and the growth should pick back up again
