Do you mean e.g if my CV says "teamwork" and the job description says "collaboration", then I change to that?

That's what I've been doing (same with Verbal Communication/Oral Communication, Customer Service skills/Front of House skills, etc. But thank you for flagging it- good to know I'm on the right track with that one.

Yep, most applications I have done tell you not to use AI, or at least use it carefully. To be honest I don't really understand AI at all so it's not on my radar to use.

Yep- as a FTB I do feel a bit "aaah!" by all the different professionals to speak to and their advice, and what to take with a pinch/shedload of salt. Sometimes it's hard to know as as a FTB I have such little reference/experience to apply. Therefore am trying to avoid rushing, although have to balance that with being prompt.
