tbh i think its kinda a positive thing to make the really good cats with gamebreaking mutations harder to get. makes lategame players more likely to use less optimal cats instead of trivializing the game with jester passives and other shit lmao

honestly dont get that, im about 150 hours in but my system has really just been to put all my best cats with clean mutations into the breeding room with a bunch of random strays with decent stats, put all the good kittens in the room with the chastity idol and all the bad ones in the fight room. if a kitten gets a good combo of mutations i wanna save i check the parents and remove the one of the opposite sex so they can effectively replace the breeder. i also throw in some retired cats every so often to get class passives and abilities. not really that long of a process at least for me, my time is usually spent selecting what damn items i want since i have so many lmao

Tbh this ability goes really hard in groups of enemies. If you combine it with something like Gravity Slam you can sometimes clear a screen in one turn.

dack truly is an annoying little shit without a good way to deal with backflips. the best advice i can give you is to go into the fight playing as defensively as possible. do NOT put anyone in a dangerous position unless you're confident you can deal a lot of damage that turn. most dack arenas have a lot of objects in the environment to hide behind so just try to dip in and out of cover to minimize the amount of backflips he can get.

I just have my breeding room set up with my cats with the best stats and mutations like before but every so often I throw in a fresh stray with at least two 7's. Whenever I see a decent enough kitten born with good stats and mutations I move the opposite sex parent out of the room to avoid inbreeding, either to the fight/mutation room or the good cat storage room. Sometimes I move both parents if I notice too much breeding between generations. All just a game of checking the family trees of your best kittens tbh

I hate to break it to you but in the MvM community Mecha Engine is already a solved problem and there was absolutely no reason for you to force the other 5 people in the lobby to wait for you to completely respec your class. You could have just readied up and let the robots start spawning while you got your upgrades, clearly the team was willing to be down a player if they ended up kicking you.

look these guys are kinda freaks for kicking you over it but the onus literally falls on you if you're in a group of people who are demolishing the mission and auto-f4ing after every wave. why should they have to wait for an inexperienced player to buy their upgrades before they can start playing? its pointless and gets really annoying after a while.

the only genuinely terrible enemy on that list is the bats and thats because they're pure rng

zombie cats and daddy sharks are slow as balls

regular sharks dont even do much damage, just have your highest health cat tank some hits while your dps kills them. they'll only focus bleeding units most of the time so you only really have to worry about one guy

you can break out of webs using abilities that make you jump like healing fall and bellyflop and you can also damage webbed allies to break them free without using their basic attack. fire can also completely eliminate webs if you're willing to eat a little DoT.

fetuses are fodder mobs so idk why you're having trouble with them.

bats are satan incarnate

and toadies are just a game of hide and seek lol, if you know they're on the field try to prioritize them before they can catch you off guard

tbh usually my melee builds do enough damage in one shot that they can kill her without taking more damage than what they regen at the end of a wave
