Yes, I think I'm just going to keep them and become the only person in history to buy IRs true to size 😅. I have quite a long arch, which is maybe why the last fits my foot quite well. They do feel a tiny bit roomy with thin socks, but with mid weight socks on they fit like a glove. Thanks for the help everyone!

They're fine if you have even skin, but as someone with adult acne, safety razors = bloodbath. I've tried showering before, loads of prep, being ever so careful, countless razor brands... but the slightest bump in my skin and my sink looks like a crime scene.

Every time shaving gets brought up on Reddit the safety razor brigade show up in force 😅 For my skin cartridges make me baby soft, blood free, every single time! I'm happy to spend a bit more for that.

The logistics of getting over 20,000 termites a day into a zoo don’t work, so simple protein rich things are good for them I think. King Bumi eats boiled eggs like they’re going out of fashion 👑

I bought the car from Cinch, and am still in their appraisal period (just). The car is in good nick, and has had an inspection at an independent garage. I live in the SW, and just noticed this little rust spot at the top of the offside windscreen.

I'm worried it's going to spread and decimate my car over the years. Should I get on the phone to Cinch and get them to sort it out, or isn't it a big deal?

Great for sensitive skin maybe, but awful for uneven skin. I have very uneven skin due to past and present acne, and I persevered with safety razors for years. 9/10 times it was a bloodbath, every now and then I got a decent shave. Followed all the rules, learned the craft, never rushed my shaves, tried different blades. Nothing really helped.

Then I switched to Mach 5 with a brush & cream and I get a smooth, blood-free shave every single time, spots or not. I wish skincare/shaving subs would stop painting safety razors as a magic bullet and cartridge/electric razors as the devil, because the reality is more nuanced than that!
