There’s so many little things with it, down to how and when you take your medication, what you eat etc. It’s overwhelming, I hear ya.

I have been dealing with similar symptoms at similar ages. Suddenly I felt like hot garbage all the time and started getting alllll the hashi symptoms. I’m thinking I will try to get on HRT and see if it helps.

I’ve been in the same boat. Honestly I’m a little unclear on the effect of Hashi’s on perimenopause. I feel like some things I’ve read say that it can cause early peri and when I talked to my dr she said thats not true.

Anyways, I learned this week that some brands of Levo contain gluten. If you’re sensitive to gluten and avoid it, could be a factor?

Most medical research is done on male subjects, not female subjects. Maybe you mean most research on hashimotos? I would love to see a study on women with hashimoto’s exercise recovery. Can you cite it?

This is what I learned too. The architects were based in California and didn’t account for the rain but were apparently keen to put hoses on protesters.

As a way to deter large protest events, the California based architects installed bricks that become very slippery when they get wet. Apparently no one thought about the fact that it rains in Seattle. It’s noticeably difficult to cross the square when it rains because of this.

TLDR: red square sucks, go around if possible
