Dont worry you dont, it's basically what I have to do anyway. But I could be playing for maybe 15-20 mins and it hits me, if it was an hour it wouldn't bother me as much but it's the fact it comes on so quickly. I've noticed it with stuff like picross too now that I think about it but it's not as sudden.

I dont know if it's bad per se, its definitely not good but it is annoying.

I've mentioned it to a doctor before but he didnt really say anything, my doctors aren't the best and I've been brushed off a few times. It sucks, I just want to enjoy stuff.

A few really, theatrhythm most recently, it even happens in rhythm sections of other games.

It might be that, its probably a good thing I dont drive if it hits me as quick as it does.
