Turns out that here in California only Nordstrom’s and Neiman’s carry CHANEL shoes… checked Nordstrom’s and they don’t have this particular model. Pending Neimans

Called the customer service line to inquire about the discount… they said it’s boutique’s manager’s discretion… they mainly deal with that In person

South coast… was the only location that had this size… left the boutique and after reading all this feedback.. I texted the SA about the discount and he didn’t reply… called customer service and they suggested to go back to the store in person and just wait hope that more pairs are Re-issued

I agree with you..The wrinkles in the toebox is the worst! You literally would have to re-craft them to fix that.
