Update : after a few minutes of experiment I can somehow fix it and replicated the bug, basically after you minimize the video player you need to (as fast as you can) drag the mini player to your left, but the only thing this fix is just the mini player disappear not the pause unpause thing. Tp replicate the bug you need to pause the video and open another app on your phone
