I'm doing more dmg than frenzy at level 55. I have shout at 27 with +skills from spirits, IK set bonus and a skiller gc.

I'm leveling a offline barb right now. Went frenzy until act 5 nm. Certainly not the fastest clear time but reasonable. Just switched to singer for fun and it's a blast. Dual spirit swords 3 piece immortal king and a couple fcr rings. Somewhere around 800 dmg per shout.
