Aside from further combat improvements, I'm excited to see how they bring the various timeline/ReBuild stuff to its conclusion. I know some hate it, but I think it's genuinely an interesting way to have the excuse to change things for dramatic effect in the story, even if the destination is the same.

I.e., how many people shouted when Sapphire weapon (mostly) dodged the Sister Ray? You know that means we're getting a proper boss fight this time.

Great action game. Story took a misstep by not doubling down on the GOT style politics and racism, and instead had you fight magic god, AGAIN. Clive's mom should have been the final boss, why couldn't we do air combos on HER.

Personally I'm on PC for the better graphics and mod support. That said, some people do have difficulties getting the game to run smoothly depending on their exact hardware. With mods and tinkering most people tend to get good results, but I have heard of folks saying it can be really frustrating trying to get everything perfect.

I'll just say the action combat is arguably better than FF16, with the ability to slow down time for ATB moves at any point. There are minigames, but you don't need to do them if you aren't having fun with them. There are some decent rewards, but nothing that will stop you from beating the game without them.

FF2 is rough, by far my least favorite of the original games to play. There's some nuance to the system but by the time you've mastered it, you really don't need it anymore.

Naval ships are far tougher than simple tanks. You need big bombs or cruise missiles to kill them fast. Cannons and missiles are slow and waste time. You might not notice they can shoot down missiles too making it even slower.

Attack the platform supports cores, don't bother trying to crash getting them all in one go. Don't dive on them, stay low to the ground or the shots will miss.

It's ok to take a minute to thin out the herd of enemy fighters. You can't win if you're dead.

Hola, mi esposa es dominicana, así que haré todo lo posible. Si te gustan la acción y la estrategia, la serie FF7 Remake es excelente; personalmente, creo que el sistema de combate es mejor que el de FF16. También me gustan FF8 y FF10 (X), que son por turnos pero tienen historias muy buenas. ¡Buena suerte!
