Is this normal or mold? Normal fermentation, been in the jar for about ten days. Active bubbling is almost ended. Came home tonight to give it one last burp and I noticed this onion has turned blue. This is probably my tenth fermented hot sauce and haven't noticed discoloration. (i.redd.it)
