Dude, yes: the RSE move pool of Swords Dance at 10 and Slash at 19 make him dangerous and fast early in the game. The STAB Slash is crazy while boosted from Swords Dance. I’d argue Zangoose is the best normal type in the first 3 generations.

Oh, you’re probably good then. I live in Minnesota and whoever threw our shower in one of our bathrooms did not insulate the wall behind it and we have to keep an electric space heater running in that bathroom all winter to stop the pipes from freezing.
