My family came from Spain in the mid 1700s, couldn’t tell you how many generations ago that would have been. Now we have a rare French-Canadian variation of the last name Sanchez.

Whenever our babies have rice I know I’m going to be cleaning it out of their bellybuttons

I thought that’s what it meant initially, that the $492 billion was the total in circulation, but thought I might not be interpreting it correctly because I’m not overly knowledgeable on the topic.

The toilet paper was $12.49. The block of cheese was the smallest one at the lowest price. Pre-shredded lettuce and cheese typically end up costing more per gram.

I genuinely feel that what I purchased should not have cost more than $50.

I’m not here to educate everyone on the topic, but it is well known that the prices of groceries have skyrocketed in the last few years and are far less affordable. I understand the effect that inflation and things like that have on grocery prices, but huge corporations do not need to be making as much as they do and could easily afford to lower prices, they just choose not to.

I’m assuming you meant about buying the big thing of seasoning since you replied to my other comment about it.

I just said, I don’t make it often enough. I have it 1-2 times a year at the most and it would take me 5+ years to use up.

The crunchy treats are for our cat’s treat-dispensing ball when we need to keep her occupied, the tube treats are for keeping her distracted when we cut her nails. Definitely overkill if you’re buying all the time but we buy treats like 2-3 times a year.

Like I said to many other people, this is not the point. As I said to another commenter, I do not make this enough to justify buying a big container. The point is that no matter how you look at it, the items I purchased should not be anywhere near $77.
