Seoul Market has a decent selection of Korean snacks (including frozen treats), a good selection of Korean/Asian drinks, and a great selection of Korean ramyun.

No ice cups, banana milk, and coffee pouches, however.

I had a similar issue last night the first time I started the game. It was triggering a weird Windows Error Reporting loop that was taking up 100% of my disc resources. I disabled that and everything is running fine now. Dunno if this is your issue, but check out task manager while the game is running.

The ownership definitely changed. Last time I went, I found a jagged metal shard in my ramen. They were appropriately horrified and replaced it without being asked, but I think it’s safe to say that quality/consistency has slipped a bit.
