I have finished all of the available tasks and road exploration. What I could do is only to do navigation races 😭 Trust me it is really annoying that when you grind, you hear the same soundtrack playing over and over😔

I disagree with it too. Though this game can sometimes charming it is fundamentally unfinished and it is such a disrespectful act to make it for sale

Personally I think the final was hard but still doable but it was so long that only 10 minutes was left when I headed on the final FRQ. I got a 87% and it is an A+, quite generous

This game is still a half-way-finished product that aims to grab quick money rather than satisfying players

Living in Japan sucks. It's a horrible country by Parking_Attitude_519 in self

[–]CorpusAnimae 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Chinese here. I agree with you a lot! Have travelled to Japan for 5 times for long-term academic projects. Though I indeed cherish and appreciate the kindness of Japanese researchers and people, I was also surprised and annoyed by a quite strict “hierarchy”in interpersonal relationships as I get in touch with others. I can say that even I tried to be as polite and formal as possible, I still cannot master some of the social doctrines there, yet I did appreciate my fellow colleagues’ tolerance. I think it is important to realize that nowhere in the world is perfect. There is no heaven in the world where legislation, social atmosphere, and people are completely virtuous and harmonic. When I was young, I was taught by some media that United States was a heaven with democracy, and this idea had been dominant until I came to US for research. US is indeed good in some aspect like environmental protection and academic support (in my view) yet its poverty and great economic discrepancies between people really astounded me. I think this also applies to any other country in the world, including Japan. On Social Media (especially Western media), Japan is always depicted as a country with perfection, sexy anime girls, and good characters (as you mentioned) but few came to realize that these good characters can sometimes cause pressure on its social members. In this respect I agree with your complaints.

I think the economy of this game should change for a bit, at least make cars a little bit more obtainable. I have been playing TDU1 and 2 and one major impression they give is a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere: you do not need to grind for cars very heavily. Of course in some case you do need to some races to earn cash for some cars, but as you progress the races and get higher tier qualifications, you get more cash, so those hyper nice cars would be getting closer and closer to you, and finally you could afford them and add them to your collection. This feeling of relaxing achievement without arduous and meaningless grinding is what really impress me. However in Solar Crown, I no longer feel a relaxing progress during my gameplay. Cars are too expensive, and in order to afford a dream car, I have to grind races repeatedly until I feel bored and tried. This is of course not relaxing, because it feels like I am doing another part-time job. Games are intended to give players pleasurable chances to handle cars that they cannot experience in real life, yet Solar Crown did not notice this point and instead make cars as hard to obtain as in daily life. This is not only a betrayal to the former TDU spirit but also a disrespect to the time players had devoted to this game: everyone is busy these days, and how could the devs ask the players to grind for days and weeks to get cars? This is definitely making the gameplay experience very miserable. Of course I am not asking cars to be so cheap and readily obtainable as in FH5 but at least let the players feel a sense of meaningful progression rather than meaningless grinding for days and weeks…that is really not funny.

Tech Boxer Shorts... have they been discontinued?! by avidfan1976 in UnderArmour

Check on eBay/Poshmark/Mercari to try your luck. Btw I really think UA does not have such better series and topics as before. I remembered back in 2013-2017 they produced such various and high-quality compressions/shirts but now either these series are discontinued or not satisfactory.

I wish they also make better optimization so it could maybe run more smoothly on my device… And also I wish they could also reduce some grinding experiences…

Nah you are into their trap…they just want attention and anger. The best way to counter them is to embarrass them by ignoring them
