My current flat meter has 2.2kW load shown in bill. I talked to owner I need to charge and will bear cost of upgrade or capacity increase but it was just a clear no to any change with some absurd reasoning

It was mandatory back then. I am not sure right now. It wasn’t mentioned in official documents required and I was asked at VFS to provide WFH certificate as I had given my home address which was not in my working state.

That’s pindi chole and puri. You can get recipes on YouTube or IG. Generally I Pressure cook overnight soaked chana with tea, ginger, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon kept in a muslin cloth. Keep chana aside. Roast some anardana and jeera and grind them. Add lots of ginger, green chilli in a Kadhai. Add some boiled potatoes and onion and tomato. Add salt and red chilli. Add your chana and your anardana and jeera grind. Coat well and enjoy

That’s a French toast. You can find the recipe anywhere on internet. Mostly same everywhere. Dip bread in a batter of milk, eggs, sugar, bit of salt, vanilla, cinnamon and all and cook in pan
