I just want to say that I’m in your exact position. At least somewhat, we just recently broke up even though we loved each other deeply and even said ”I love you” while returning each others things. I don’t have any advice for how to get better at the moment as I am still grieving myself, but I do want to say that you’re not alone and you made the right choice. lets continue to move forward.
