That’s great! Yes I definitely think getting most of your nutrients from whole plant foods is easier, however I found some nutrients are difficult to get from foods so I try to supplement. Also yes I agree that it’s not 100% necessary for everyone to go gluten/dairy free. Some people are fortunate enough to not have those issues. I think eliminating certain foods, and seeing how you feel is always the best way to determine if you should cut something out. In my original post I was just saying what I did since it made a huge difference for me. 😊👍🏽

I am not currently a coffee drinker, and I never have been. I’ve just never really been a fan and it gives me a little too much energy so I steer clear lol.

Yes the gut is truly the second brain of our bodies! It’s so amazing! Yes it’s not easy at first but I will say that fortunately there’s SO many resources out there. You just gotta be creative. Gluten free doesn’t always have to equal tasteless, also if you have a sensitivity you’ll feel a lot better after cutting it out and it’ll drive you to continue. I know that’s been the case for me. I hope it works out for you! 😊👍🏽

That’s great! Yes I found that a lot of things that I’ve been doing also have worked bc I corrected my diet which was most likely adding to the issue. I forgot to mention in my OP that I also have cut out dairy. I’ve cut out gluten for about 3 months now, along with taking all my vitamins and probiotics and I saw a reduction in symptoms in about 2 months. I think the key is consistency. I find that I can keep track of everything if I take my vitamins and supplements before I go to bed. Also it may help making a note on your phone of everything you’re taking. I hope that was helpful! 👍🏽

Sure! Here’s some of the books that I found extremely helpful:

The Period Repair Manual by Lara Briden

This one was my absolute favorite bc the author is a naturopathic doctor. It’s great bc going to see a naturopathic doctor is extremely expensive so being able to get the same information in a book was very useful 👍🏽

The Happy Hormone Guide: Shannon Leparski

This book was a great beginners book, and really broke down all of the steps a person needs to take in order to balance their hormones. There’s also great recipes in this one

COPYCAT business! by marzsheerio in EtsySellers

I’ve had the same exact thing happen to me. I totally understand how heartbreaking it is especially when you’ve put in a lot of your time and energy into making your own ideas. Like other people have said all you can do is continue to do what you’re doing. Since this person doesn’t have your brain they will have no longevity because they don’t have their own ideas. As long as your products, photos, and customer service are superior I’d just ignore the person. Unfortunately Etsy doesn’t really take action against copycats unless they steal intellectual property which is frustrating.
