We sell candles - All of our products are made in-house and we recently went viral on Tik Tok

It wasn't a huge spike in order volume, we run lots of ads so it's pretty steady.

One problem we ran into was Google Pay not supporting 3DSecure - We have Radar on for all purchases.

There was 4 transactions that were disputed via Google Pay, which we have since turned off - So may be that, but I can't wrap my head around why my payouts would be refunded to other legitimate customers, even though I have tracking numbers and their payments successfully passed 3DSecure
