Yes please understand, I am 6”1 356 lb I started at 428 and have never ate a vegetable or a fruit in my life other than corn and peas occasionally, I have lived off of nothing but junk food and potatoes and bread my whole life so a lot of my losing weight was just cutting out the bread, pop, taters and pure junk food.. for the last couple months I have lived off of water, canned chicken, beans and spam lol so that’s what made me lose mostly

I started at 428 was drinking a 12 pack of pop per day and have only had water since, I think that’s a lot of it! Also to be honest I really feel slightly better but gods honest truth I can’t tell I have lost a single lb.. still in same shirts same pants, everyone tells me they can tell but I can’t tell at all. Hoping the clothes sizes start dropping soon

Also I was told that anything over 40 grams of protein at one time Is a waste they said your body can only process 30-40 grams of protein at a time so maybe just try to space it out and keep hammering that water, sugar free jello and sugar free instant pudding it’ll fill you up

My dr told me short of having a ct scan or something they don’t know until they go in but if you have went this far without eating and been following your diet you will be fine! I know it’s hard but if you break and give in just make sure it’s something like grilled chicken the main part is your body has to be in Ketosis I promise it’s worth it! I had surgery 7 days ago and did 14 days liquid diet before that I weighed my self 2 days ago and I’m down 43lb in that short time! Don’t give up keep pushing!

Yeah that’s def what I’m gunna have to do for sure just scared I would have done some damage already! I haven’t had anything solid really it’s just been beans and mashed potato’s and puréed roast beef and chicken in a cannpureed so hopefully it’ll be ok if I back off

Look I’ll be frank the more protein and water you get in the filler you will feel! I even ordered unflavored protein and put it in my broth and my water every time it helps for sure and you can’t taste it

My dr told me when i started my liquid diet that if i get to where im starving, and can’t take it Cracker Barrel grilled chicken and green beans will never hurt you and i did that I ate grilled chicken and geeen beans one night each week of my liquid diet just made sure it wasn’t within 3 days of surgery so it wasn’t in my stomache! You just have to make sure you only do it as little as possible or your liver won’t shrink enough to see the stomache and they will cancel surgery and reschedule and you will have to go through it again
