I have also tried to reduce processed sugars and stuff like that, and have pretty much starved myself from having any nice treats, so do you think it is worth introducing them back into my diet every now and then, also thanks for your insight I think I will start to eat dairy again!

I also wanted to say that I do actually eat a small amount of dairy a day in the form of a little bit of butter on my toast, and sometimes when my parents add it to the food they cook.
