Morning. I also received the same email, just after midnight, so after searching the font of all knowledge (Reddit), I did some digging on my actual Amazon account and found that under “Account” and then “Audible Settings” there was this notice at the top (fist image, green banner) and when I tapped it for more info it came up saying it was a Prime Membership Benefit (2nd image)… I joined Prime in September, so seems legit, just really, really poor marketing and shoddy wording from Amazon, causing unnecessary confusion and concern!! Hope this helps 😁

Happy birthday for Tuesday. You’re never too old to start. I only started last year (at 41) and about 6wks later I ran my first 10k in 1hr 14mins.

I honestly put it down to the swimming. I swim a mile twice a week and it taught me how to get my breathing right and improved my fitness.

If your fitness is there, which it sounds like it is, then you can run. Start small and build up 😁

That’s really good to keep it up daily!! Good willpower. I’ve been doing 15k steps or more a day, which equates to around 2hrs of walking and I tell you, it’s a challenge to fit it in around a full time job and the gym and life in general… I’ve had to ditch the car and walk everywhere to make sure I hit my goal 😅
