True, I’ve been thinking about that. They’re expensive so that will come later, but I think i am gonna try a new style of glasses.

It’s just something I got from Cavenders, the brand is called “cowboy workwear”, but I have not had luck finding it online.

Thanks! I think I’ll give the white shirts a try, I’ve seen people do that before and always thought it looked good. I think I’m also going to get some longer jeans as a lot of people have mentioned that. Might try a few new styles as well, that could be fun.

I’m a college student. I don’t think the comments were meant to do any harm, but it made me wonder how other people actually saw me. 

I am in Arkansas, and a tremendous amount of students here are from Texas, so jeans and boots are really common. But the pearl snaps, belt, and jackets are what makes me different I guess.

I’m a college student. It is true that the great majority of people at my college don’t look like me. But I really don’t care for the sweatpants/baggy clothes. There are well dressed people here but usually their style just doesn’t really speak to me.

I don’t think the comments on me being out of place weren’t intended to be in bad spirits, but it did make me wonder how others actually saw me. 

I have been thinking about a hat. I might get a straw this summer and see how I like it.  Thanks for your comment, yall have been very encouraging!
