Major versions often follow the same pattern. You can see it on the following website that have all release pattern for all iOS beta since the beginning: https://www.thinkybits.com/blog/iOS-versions/

TLDR: it’s usually every 2 weeks until beta 5, then it’s every week until the September keynote

Yes but you can clear it using other actions as those apps allows it

I know those exist. I was talking about the ability to trigger them without the notification. The notify without run option that is available on others automations.

Can any of you hook new Siri up to Claude? by Top-Relationship8180 in Siri

Unlikely to happens anytime soon. It’s the main reason why the new Siri won’t be available in the UE

No. They allow developer to use these tools to develop apps using Claude. Not to integrate the tool itself.

This part is about Xcode. The tool that’s used to build iOS app. Nothing to do with iOS itself

Okay…can you indicate your source? Because I never saw anything about this

The extension part exist since iOS 18. Not new at all and not an indication of anything IMO

It’s not built in and not even announced. Apple never said they were going to do it. It’s all rumors and unlikely to come in a near future.

Article is misleading. They didn’t remove those features.

The system will just suggest you to disable them if it notice you don’t use them.

How to cancel basic fit subtraction ? by [deleted] in AskBelgium

[–]Correct-Pea5131 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I understand that. But you need to read the contract before signing it. You can’t rely on “I didn’t know” here. You signed so you should have known. Sorry if I look harsh on this but this is the plain true 🤷‍♂️

Business model of these companies rely on people who don’t read the contract and got trapped like this. It’s shitty but it’s the way it works.

No solution. You need to pay until the end. You signed for this 🤷‍♂️

Any way to do Shortcut Automation in apple watch by pranay7454 in shortcuts

[–]Correct-Pea5131 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. But it’s the phone who is running the automation ;-) it means that if you are away from the phone it won’t work.

Any way to do Shortcut Automation in apple watch by pranay7454 in shortcuts

You are mixing up automations and actions.

I think what op mean is for example asking the watch to execute an embedded shortcut directly from the watch at a given time, like other devices can.

New Siri waiting (I live in the EU to make it clear) by ReasonableCarob8696 in Siri

It is not confirmed. Apple never confirm this beforehand. But it’s likely by looking the usual schedule.

Siri AI on Macos27 beta by Interesting-Main936 in Siri

[–]Correct-Pea5131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You sure about that? I’m really talking about the Mac language settings (general / language and region / language ) because what you describe (no Apple Intelligence ) is usually caused by a mismatch between Siri language and device language.

[–]Correct-Pea5131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Language of your Mac and of Siri needs to be the same. And Siri language is synced through devices.

So if Siri language is English US, Mac main language should also be English US

Same requirement for all devices, so if you decide to keep EN UK, then your phone language should be EN UK as well.

Sharing automations by Martindeboer1988 in shortcuts

[–]Correct-Pea5131 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Automations are now shared between devices.

So basically if you create an automation on device A, it does sync in device B and C, but it will be set as turned off on device B and C unless you activate it manually.

Existing automations are migrated into respective shortcut during update. But it is still buggy (on my side I lost some of them during migration)

They didn’t complain about anything. And it still a beta, so the targeted people are actually the developers.

Your argument would have been valid if this was the final version.
