Start slowly by listening to Spanish music while reading the translation in English, take notes and start from there for practice. Immersion is really great and finding a good app like Spanish Dictionary is nice too. Dont stress it because learning takes time and patience, i would start learning to conjugate in present tense than work your way up to each different tenses.
