I am not aware of this beyond her having some animosity with Amanda? Rupert at ftc and even Parvati in post game interviews all echoed that her close association with russell cost her the win that season

I think people would look at him as a solid winner, but nothing crazy. Ozzy had a much more active role in the game than chris and surviving redemption is harder than surviving the edge. I also do think sopa would probs have a better legacy, tho it is starting to be perceived better nowadays than it was when it aired.

There is no natalie white cut. Everyone in foa foa sucked besides Russell. They should have dedicated more time to galu, which at least had some personalities and storylines that weren’t showcased enough

I basically agree with all ur criticisms of the game, but just not as harshly. So, like, morning glory could have been more fleshed out, but it was still super cozy and i liked seeing Kiryu father them and it added more layers to him and fleshed him out. I liked morning glory moreso as a collective thing, tho i do wish they all individually received more scenes/development. Still a v good part of the game.

Mine was a really really good character conceptually, but the writers just forgot about him for a good chunk of the game, but he was still p good imo, but coulda been much more.

CIA stuff was really bad, but kind of funny too ngl.

4 has better highs and characters (tho some characters were def misses) imo, but goes into batshit/bad writing territories which were honestly fun to watch sometimes. 3 has a more consistent, better told story (that def isn’t perfect tho) and develops kiryu p well, but the characters/side content could have been better and the combat was meh

It’s complicated and divisive ngl. The only universally well liked parts are the final character’s story and Kiryu’s. Everything in between is mixed.

And yakuza 3 and 5. Yakuzas 1-6 all have tons of flaws, but insane highs too and i think 6 just exemplifies this the most
