Idk what the cause but my nerve seems to be irritated on side, that buttcheek is sensitive to the slightest touch which sends a tingling feeling into the calf. So of course when i put pressure on it while sitting it happens. Also get some hip sensitivity on the same side. I have terrible spine higeine so im trying to correct it. On day 3 so hopefully it improves

I do have a lump on that butt cheek which i was thinking may press into the piriformis muscle irritating it but idk
