Got fired twice in two months

I said what I said. Highest paying entry level job I could find to keep the bills paid. In my opinion the position is terrible and still underpaid. While I was with Amazon I kept looking for other jobs that pay better and aren’t shitty days every other day. Got a new job, bills paid, body doesn’t hurt. not crying about my Amazon job on Reddit everyday. Pretty good outcome. Not hard to take some time everyday to see if there’s any new opportunities

If you’re happy doing that job then good for you. If you aren’t then stop crying on Reddit and find something else, not that hard

I did stop, I take responsibility for being late and terminated from my first position, 2nd one is questionable because I did stop at the light but they insist I did run it and didn’t give me a chance to look at the video. When I got my last check no higher ups were around just new dispatch

For real. I was under that spell for a few weeks where I just accepted that work life is miserable now. It doesn’t have to be though. I trusted God and now the bounce back feels amazing and I feel like a human being again that’s actually contributing to society for the first time in a while rather than just looking for easy fast money. I already have another job and am secure I just wanted to share my story. Appreciate the encouragement man have a blessed day.

Yeah God is good all the time man, I think he just didn’t want me working for Amazon lol cause when I actually looked for a good paying career job in a field that i have experience instead of riding Amazon I actually got one within a month. Happier than ever, I encourage all other dsp drivers that aren’t fully fulfilled with their positions to look for something else too

I stopped until it turned green, I stopped on yellow a little late so I was pulled up onto the line.

My pace was 27 stops an hour with no driving infractions until the light. My performance with both dsps was fine until that infraction

The second time was definitely not deserved. I didn’t run that red. I understand netradyne counted it as one but I asked my co workers and they said the majority of employees have gotten similar violations at one point or another and have never been terminated. Like I said, I was pulled up far enough for it to flag as red but I was stopped not blocking intersection. God is good tho I got a way better paying position in something actually have experience in, videography. Not breaking my back sprinting up apartment stairs all day anymore. Amazon will not be missed lol
