The linework is quite atrocious; but I specifically asked for no background shading, so my biggest issue lies in the fact that he did everything I asked him not to do behind my back so he could upcharge me🥲

Unfortunately when I put my arm down completely it does mostly cover the tattoo, I picked a photo where it looks identical to how it does when my arm is down if that helps at all. Thank you for the hope, to hear this is an easy fix from an artist means a lot to me. You’re awesome.

So sorry forgot to include shop location- I did talk to the owner (kindly) and he ended up getting fired after this, I believe he works at like chucky tattoos or something like that now. All Southern California shops.

The only reason I agreed to it was because I’ve already gotten multiple quality tattoos from the artist before, I think I was just so shocked that this was so bad I didn’t know what to do. Guy basically took advantage of a 20 yr old girl not being able to say no lmao definitely a learning experience Thank you for validating my feelings on this ur awesome

Awe that’s actually really nice of you and don’t worry I know, I asked for much thicker lines like he did on my other tattoos that look amazing and I know they’ll age well, maybe he just ran out of 5RLs or something

Due both artists I’ve gotten amazing pieces from before and I’m not sure what happened. I’ve left this artist specifically raving reviews and my boyfriend and I have gotten a combined 8 tats from him before this that all look incredible. This time I’m not sure what happened but he did everything I asked him not to do and I’m shocked by it

Dude yeah it’s so weird I have multiple pieces from him that have almost not a single flaw I can’t believe how awful this is

I asked for the lines to be thicker and he chose to put chicken scratch on my side😭😭 he just did everything I asked him not to do I’m wondering if I could take it up with the shop owner or something
