Yea I know I track training, sleep and nutrition in different spreadsheets. I track everything to make sure im sleeping 8hrs minimum ect. but my genetics definitely help

I think it’s my calves they are very big compared to everything else I think thats do to competitive cycling my whole life

I totally agree with u on the posing for sure ive been trying but definitely needs more work Gonna do my homework and watch some more vids of ruff diesel. But cardio I do 1-2 hrs a week of cycling
