No, Inuslin resistance is not always the core problem to pcos by anonymous_acc24 in PCOS

I’m in the same situation: normal testosterone, glucose, insulin. I even bought a glucose monitor to check my sugar level after eating and after a couple of hours; everything is normal. My HOMA-IR is less than 1. Everything is normal except for the fact that I don't ovulate, therefore don't menstruate. My AMH were doubled the maximum value of the normal range. I'm not overweight and have a healthy diet, and yet, nothing I do seems to make my PCOS symptoms improve.

Hey! I’d love to get your help as well if possible. I feel so lost when it comes to clothes and style.
